How long does it take?
Orders are put into production the same day or the day after from our warehouse in Oslo. Delivery time is 1-3 business days, depending on where you live. For some routes, it can take up to 5 days. This may vary during holidays, bad weather, and other conditions affecting postal services.

We send your gifts from Delikate Matgaver all over Norway:
Including Svalbard, in collaboration with Bring. Delivery time with Bring is 2-3 business days. Visit Bring's website to track your package. Delivery only occurs on weekdays. Bring will contact you to arrange a delivery time. You can also contact them at 04045 to arrange a different time.
- The package is delivered to your chosen pick-up point. You will be notified via SMS or email when the package has arrived. Delivery takes place between 08:00 and 22:00.
- If you chose home delivery but were not home when the courier arrived, don't worry, the package will then be delivered to the nearest post office. You have 10 days to pick up the package before it is returned.
Incoming orders with fruit baskets on Thursday and Friday with delivery outside Oslo and surrounding areas will be packed and shipped with Bring on Monday.

We usually have fast delivery, but we don't always manage to process all orders received during the weekend on Mondays due to high workload.
Christmas gifts during the Christmas holiday season!
During the Christmas holiday season, there will be somewhat reduced pick-up and delivery due to Bring's holiday schedules, and it can take up to 5 days.
Normal delivery resumes from January.
