Shipping Policy

We do our utmost to ensure that your gourmet gifts are delivered safely, quickly, and in perfect condition. Below you will find information regarding our delivery procedures for Greater Oslo and the rest of Norway.
1. Delivery in Greater Oslo (Private Courier)

Delivery Date: We manage our own deliveries within Greater Oslo and guarantee delivery on your requested date.

SMS Notification: We send an SMS to the recipient in advance to confirm that someone is available to receive the gift. If we do not receive a reply to this message, the exact-date delivery guarantee becomes void.

Customer Responsibility: It is critical that temperature-sensitive items, such as gourmet food and chocolates, are received upon delivery to preserve their quality.
2. Delivery to the Rest of Norway (Bring)

Carrier: Shipments to addresses outside of Greater Oslo are handled safely and efficiently via Bring.

Delivery Time: Standard delivery time is 1–5 business days.

Exact Dates: Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a specific calendar date for deliveries outside of Oslo, as this is determined by Bring's courier routing schedules.

Holidays: During peak holiday seasons (such as Christmas and Easter), we highly recommend placing your order well in advance due to increased carrier volumes.
3. Correct Delivery Information

The customer is fully responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information at checkout (recipient's full name, exact street address, apartment/door number, and a valid phone number).

If a delivery is delayed or fails because the provided details were incorrect or incomplete, the order will not be refunded.
4. Unclaimed Packages, Refused Deliveries, and Returns

Destruction of Food Items: If the recipient refuses to accept the gift, or if the package is not collected from the pickup point within the carrier's deadline, it will be returned to our warehouse. Due to strict hygiene and food safety regulations, all food products contained in returned packages are immediately destroyed (discarded). The order will not be refunded.

Return Costs: Bring charges us a return shipping fee for any package that is unclaimed or refused. The customer is liable for covering this return shipping cost.

Redelivery: Should you wish to send a new gift, a completely new order must be placed through the online store at full price.
